For off-grid or grid-tied operation, the Outback Power FXR2024E is a 2kW (2000 watt) single-phase, hybrid inverter/charger. The FXR2024E delivers 230Vac sine wave output in 24Vdc with an operating efficiency up to 92%. Engineered to operate in the harshest environmental conditions, the Outback Power FXR inverter/charger has a sealed NEMA type 1 die-cast aluminum chassis design. For increased power output, multiple units can be stacked and connected with other OutBack Power electronics for the ability to function in a wide variety of applications, and system sizes. Up to nine inverters can be combined in a three-phase system with 24V models, and up to 10 inverters in grid-tied. The FXR inverter/chargers have seven different operating modes, with generator assist. The GridZero operating mode minimizes grid dependence in areas where incentives are changing and utility sellback is limited.
