Pedrollo 40m Submersible Pump 4 Block 4/7
The Pedrollo 4BLOCK/PRO100AR is an innovative adaptation of the conventional 4SR borehole submersible pump design incorporating an integral pump/motor unit in one compact unit. Hydraulic and motor components are the same, though they are encased in a one-piece housing thus providing a more economic alternative to the traditional borehole pump. Particular features include:-
- High resistance technopolymer hydraulic components providing the pump with a light silt passing capability
- Integrated design incorporating a built-in capacitor so no separate control unit is required.
- 20m drop cable supplied as standard.
The 4BLOCK/PRO100AR range is particularly suitable to all small-scale domestic installations particularly for boreholes, though they can also be used in wells in either vertical or horizontal configuration. All pump components other than the technopolymer impellers and diffusers are manufactured from AISI304 grade stainless steel.
MOTOR
Pumps are fitted with integral two-pole Pedrollo motors constructed principally from stainless steel. A built-in thermal overload for motor protection is provided so the pump can be connected directly to the mains power supply through a 10A fuse or MCB.SKU: n/a -

Pedrollo DAVIS peripheral impeller submersible pumps are designed for pumping clean water in domestic applications from boreholes and wells. They are based on the established 4SKm design though are much improved featuring a cast stainless steel pump housing with special anti-seize design, double mechanical seals to prevent water leakage in to the motor and built in thermal overload for motor protection. All components in contact with water are manufactured from stainless steel with the impeller precision moulded using high grade corrosion proof Ryton engineering plastic that is specially resistant to sand and abrasion. The motor capacitor is integral with the pump and no separate control unit is required. Pumps are supplied with 20m or 40m of drop cable to customer choice.
MOTOR
All pumps are fitted with hermetically sealed re-windable liquid cooled induction motors designed for continuous duty provided the pump is fully submerged. They should be connected directly to mains supply through a 10A MCB or switch fuse.SKU: n/a -

PEDROLLO Dm10 Submersible Pump 16m Electric
The Pedrollo D range of centrifugal submersible drainage pumps are specifically designed to operate in waste water containing relatively large amounts of impurities. D series is fitted with open impellers for lighter duties and is most suitable for draining flooded areas while BC series is fitted with a double channel impeller for pumping of liquids containing suspended solids and short fibres.
Construction is epoxy electrocoated cast iron pump body and stainless steel motor housing. D series models are fitted with Noryl plastic impellers and stainless steel intake screens, BC models are fitted with cast iron impellers. 5m of Neoprene cable is supplied for single phase and 10m for three phase models. All single phase models are provided with an external float switch to automatically control pump operation.
MOTOR
Pumps are provided with built-in liquid cooled non-overloading induction motors designed for continuous operation. A thermal cut-out is provided in the motor windings to protect against pump overload and the pump can be connected directly to the mains power supply through a 10amp fuse or MCB

Pedrollo PKm60 Africa’s Best-selling Pump
The Pedrollo PKm is a robust, reliable and economical pump used principally for water transfer in domestic and small scale water transfer applications. The pump body is made from cast iron with a brass insert set into the front housing for improved starting performance and protection from jamming. The impeller is made from brass.
The pumps have been remodelled and re-engineered offering the following benefits;
- Pedrollo logo inserted in the body pump
- Quiet operation due to the anti vibration system between shaft and impeller
- More compact
- More efficient motor with low energy consumption and lower operating temperature.
- Special paint which gives improved resistance against environmental corrosion

Pedrollo Top Multi 4 0.75kW 1ph Pump
Pedrollo TOP MULTI are centrifugal multistage submersible pumps featuring closed impellers with a particular application for pumping from wells and water boosting from tanks. All MULTI models feature excellent motor cooling performance due to the jacketed motor design enabling the pump to operate continuously partially submerged. Other innovative features include double mechanical seals with intermediate oil chamber for total motor sealing and simple design for ease of maintenance. Pump construction is fiberglass reinforced techno plastic body and suction filter with Noryl impellers and diffusers. All pumps are fitted with a low level control float switch and 10m cable as standard. Models are available as follows:-

Particular features of MULTI TECH are as follows;
MULTI Standard– For basic drainage and water boosting in submerged in-tank applications
MULTI Tech – Of similar design and performance to the MULTI Standard with the addition of a built in automatic electronic controller to provide water on demand with the following features;
- Pump starts on pressure (below 1.5Bar) and stops on flow (<2l/min).
- Protects against dry run with auto restart. The controller automatically attempts to restart the pump at intervals of 15, 30 and 60mins for a maximum of 24hrs.
- Protection against cycling. After 30mins of repeated cycling (intervals of <2mins) the controller switches off the pump for 30mins after which restart occurs. Fitting a small pressure tank on the delivery line pre-charged to 1.2Bar is recommended to reduce cycle times. The static head should be
- Protection against seizing. The controller automatically runs the pump for 10secs after 48hrs of pump inactivity.
MULTI 2 EVO – Includes all the features of the MULTI Standard though incorporates a piped suction arrangement that can either be connected for dry installations or as a submersible pump with an extended floating hose to provide for surface water suction. Pumps are supplied with a 1.5m, 30mm hose, stainless steel suction filter and float.
